Talent Acquisition Manager

- Effectively plan, monitor and manage TA budget
- Design, development and implementation of talent acquisition and direct candidate attraction strategy in line with business needs (senior and mass recruitment)
- Manage and execute the onboarding process including orientation program and probation assessment for new staff.
- Be responsible for start- to- end recruitment process (across functions): job posting, CV shortlisting, 1st interviewing round, offering and onboarding.- Proactively build talent pipelines internally and externally and other Social media platforms;
- Be a partner with other stakeholders like Universities, Social organizations,... to diversify recruitment sources and promote Company&039;s brand.- Develop and manage Company social network pages.
- Builds good relationships with vendors, suppliers ensuring satisfactory commercial terms are in placed
- Ensure “TA toolkit” (systems, sources, tools and technology) are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs
- Plan and implement employer branding activities
- Any others ad- duties assigned when required

Bachelor&039;s degree
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Good interpersonal, honesty, Can- Do attitude, Open
Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Good interview skills
At least 2- 3 years exprience of the same position in manufacturing
Strong relationship building skills
