Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across our organization. This role requires a proactive and results- driven individual with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and an ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
Provide candidates with timely feedback throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the company’s website.
Assist in employer branding activities (e.g., employer reviews, social media presence).
Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and competitive hiring practices to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and organizational needs.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates&039; qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
Manage end- to- end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across departments (technical, non- technical, leadership, etc.).
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding preparation.
Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time- to- hire, offer acceptance rate).
Foster relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to assess candidates&039; qualifications, experience, and fit for a specific role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR- related roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and sourcing strategies.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem- solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
Experience recruiting for both technical and non- technical roles.
Prior experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent pipelining.
Experience with employer branding initiatives.
Familiarity with legal requirements in recruitment (e.g., EEOC, ADA).
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
