Talent Acquisition Strategy
Build up resources searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies.
Develop and maintain good external relationships with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships.
Develop and maintain good internal relationships with all departments for deep understanding the requirements of each position.
Deep knowledge of workforce within company
Manage the relationship with the internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.
Work closely with HOD across various designated business functions to create or update suitable JDs for every Personnel Acquisition (PA) request (if needed)
Talent Search
Implement the onboarding process to help new employees integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.
Provide a summary of the interview results from each round and submit a report.
Organizing interview schedules for candidates and hiring departments.
Prepare recruitment proposal, offer letter or recruitment decision for competent authority to sign (if required).
Select potential candidates, plan interviews to ensure an effective recruitment process.
Conduct interviews appropriate to each position including rounds from phone interview, professional skills test, to attitude matching interview.
Monitor probationary evaluation.
Coordinate with the IT and Administration departments to have a full staff kit for new employees.
Employer branding
Build a professional personal and company image on recruitment support websites.
Support activities related to building a good working environment and employer branding with employees and external partners.
Internal communication: ensure colleagues embrace the core values and spirit of the organization.
Coordinate and implement employer branding programs to increase candidate awareness.
