Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations.
Ability to train, guide, and motivate kitchen team members to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong expertise in breakfast preparation, including egg dishes, hot breakfast items, buffet service, live cooking stations, and bakery basics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
Experience in menu planning, recipe standardization, and food cost control.
Ability to manage and supervise breakfast kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak morning hours.
Basic to good English communication skills are preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in professional kitchens, with solid experience in breakfast or all- day dining operations.
