Thành lập vào năm 2024, Vina Design Store ra đời để định hình nên một cửa hàng thiết kế nhân dân- với nhân dân là người Việt.
Là con em Việt Nam, chúng tôi sáng tạo và tuyển chọn dựa trên cảm hứng từ quê hương. Mỗi sản phẩm được Vina Design Store tự thiết kế và sản xuất để tôn vinh điều phi thường từ những cái đời thường, đồng thời cũng hợp tác cùng những nhà thực hành nghệ thuật tử tế từ mọi miền.
Học hỏi quá khứ, tôn vinh hiện tại và thiết kế tương lai. Tôn vinh 3 nguyên tắc này, chúng tôi tập trung vào những món đồ có thể mặc, sưu tầm và sử dụng.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Support managers and employees on all aspects of employee- related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, engagement, corporate communication, etc.
Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain database of candidates
Able to analyze candidate sourcing for all positions and make reports to see the sourcing overview monthly/quarterly…
Actively handle the full cycle of the recruitment process (Mass & Back Office): understand the business needs, analyze job orders, screen, interview, offer, and onboarding new hires;
Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands;

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
1- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Can- do attitude, integrity, fast- learning ability, result orientation, high commitment and responsibility
