As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of Recruitment, Operations & Employer branding, including:
RECRUITMENT:
Participate in the implementation and operation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Workday), ensuring proper data entry, system usage, and process alignment with recruitment activities
Maintain and enrich the talent pool to ensure timely filling of vacancies with suitable candidates.
Ensure all employee information and recruitment- related documents are completed and filed.
Oversee the entire recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, offering, employee catch- up, exit interview, etc.) and the onboarding process for all positions assigned by the Line Manager.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment needs (job duties, competencies, prioritization, etc.).
OPERATIONS:
Take responsibility for all newcomer onboarding preparations (stationery, workspace, and related arrangements).
Ensure timely updating and completion of all recruitment- related tracking and reports.
Create and update posters, job opportunity content, and other templates as required.
EMPLOYER BRANDING:
Support the HRGA team in internal activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Actively cultivate and promote the employer branding across diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook,…) & offline channel (Job Fairs, Workshops,..)
All other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Education background: Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related majors.
Working experience:
Having experience in Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics is preferred
At least 3+ year of working experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or related position.
Skills:
Critical thinking & strong organization skills
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
Strong understanding of Labor laws & Recruitment process.
Excellence in communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, excel,..)
Time management
