Business Development Executive

Position Summary:
The Business Development Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the growth and profitability of the club by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in maintaining relationships with key clients, and executing strategies that attract and retain customers. This role involves performing market research, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting the execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure business development strategies align with the overall marketing plan.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and their impact on revenue growth.
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide administrative support for business development projects, including tracking project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events to build brand awareness and drive business.
• Help analyze customer data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving customer engagement.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• 1- 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast- paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in market research and strategy implementation.
