Business Development Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Conducting in- depth research to gather key contact information and insights about prospective clients.
Qualifying leads using predefined criteria and handover them to the Account Manager/Business Development Manager for further engagement.
Identifying potential clients and industries that align with Kyanon Digital&039;s IT staffing services.
Engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to introduce Kyanon Digital&039;s services.

Deliverables

Outreach Activities: Documentation of emails sent, LinkedIn messages, and call logs.
Weekly Reports: Summaries of activities, outcomes, and challenges faced during the week.
Qualified Leads: A pipeline of vetted leads aligned with company criteria.
Lead Research: A curated list of potential clients with essential details (e.g., company name, contact person, role, industry, and contact information).

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience using LinkedIn and lead- generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Positive attitude with persistence in overcoming objections and handling rejection.
Adaptable, self- motivated, and open to learning new tools and techniques.
Highly organized with time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to craft personalized, professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
Detail- oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and follow- ups.
Prior experience is not required, but internships or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer engagement are advantageous.
