Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers of the Da Vien Coffee Chain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, strong problem- solving skills, and a customer- first mindset. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm and responsiveness to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:
• Create Monthly Customer Service Report
• Actively seeking advice on challenging customer service issues with CS Supervisor
• Seek advises from supervisors and respond to Sponsorship Inquiries
• Respond and follow up with Customer Complaints via Contact/Feedback emails
• Responding to Yelp Reviews and Google Reviews using response template
• Assist in Setting Up Yelp, Google, and Apple pages
• Locate receipts from Customer Complaints on POS systems
• Coordinate and follow up with SMs on Customer Service Issues
• Update logo and all necessary business information on our Social Media pages
• Reposting IG stories and responding to inquiries and complaints from IG, Facebook, and Tiktok
What we expect from you:
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to represent the brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback across various communication channels.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring timely follow- up and resolution of customer complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Computer Skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrate proactive problem- solving by identifying customer issues and resolving them efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Schedule Requirement:
• Maximum 40hrs per week
• Able to work on weekends or Holidays when required
• May require occasional overtime hours with approval
• 5- 8 hours shift
• 9:00 AM Pacific Time (California, USA)
Education:
• Associate&039;s degree Preferred
• High School / GED
Experience:
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,)
• Previous experience in customer service support is preferred
