Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (80%)
Manage end- to- end hiring for various roles (Sales, Academic, Operations, Tech, etc.)
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, recruitment channels, communities, and referrals.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
Employer Branding (EB) (10%)
Support and execute employer branding initiatives across social media, career pages, and offline events
Create and optimize recruitment content to attract young, dynamic talent (especially Gen Z & early- career candidates)
HR & Administrative Support (10%)
Maintain candidate and employee data with accuracy
Support internal HR operations and administrative tasks as needed
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, coordination, orientation)
Requirements:
Agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast- changing startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment channels.
2- 3 YOE in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in both Tech & Non- tech (experience in a startup or education is a plus).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
