Talent Acquisition & Culture Executive

IECS is looking for a People & Culture Executive who will play a key role in building the team and improving employee experience, with a strong focus on hiring the right people and supporting long- term team development.
Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
Track and improve recruitment effectiveness, with a focus on candidate quality and retention after onboarding
Participate in interviews and assess candidates based on both job fit and cultural alignment
Source, screen, and connect with candidates through appropriate channels (job platforms, social media, referrals, etc.)
Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with the company’s growth needs
Employee Experience:
Design and implement onboarding processes for new hires
Work closely with internal teams to support new hires in adapting and performing effectively
Monitor and evaluate employee experience during the first 30–60–90 days
Culture & Engagement:
Contribute to building a transparent, responsible, and respectful workplace culture
Collect feedback and propose improvements to the working environment
Organize internal activities to strengthen team connection
Operations & Administration:
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Support office operations and internal processes
Manage employee records and HR- related documentation
Notes:
