About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will operate as an on- demand IT recruiter, focusing on ITO, staffing, and headhunting rather than strictly internal recruitment. You will work closely with our Team Lead while maintaining the autonomy to work independently in a remote or hybrid capacity. If you have a sharp eye for tech talent and excel at advanced sourcing strategies, we want you on board.
Location: HCM + HN (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source passive and active candidates utilizing advanced LinkedIn Boolean search, local/global job boards, and internal ATS.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong technical.
Partner closely with the Team Lead to understand hiring requirements and deliver top- tier tech candidates.
Operate independently and efficiently in a remote or hybrid setup, maintaining strong communication with the broader team.
Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation- full cycling of recruitment for both internal and external position (remote, contract, hybrid, Project).
Drive end- to- end IT recruitment cycles for a variety of on- demand, staffing, and headhunting needs.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically focused on IT or a mixed portfolio with a strong IT recruiting background.
Location- Specific: Must be able to work Hybrid from our Ho Chi Minh City office or Fully Remote if based in Hanoi.
Working Style: Proven ability to work independently as an on- demand recruiter. Highly self- motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Communication: Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Sourcing Expertise: Highly proficient in utilizing ATS, job boards, and advanced LinkedIn headhunting/Boolean search techniques.
