College or University graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Have knowledge of IT systems in the fields of Finance–Banking (core banking, payment, lending, card systems, data warehouse...).
Knowledge of high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup/restore procedures.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts; especially AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lamda, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM).
At least 5 years of experience in the development, operation, and management of systems in the finance and banking sector.
Knowledge of DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automation .
Proficient in Python scripting and basic knowledge of Shell
Experience working with ITSM systems (Jira/ServiceNow/Remedy) for incident, problem, and change management.
Ability to operate and manage multiple systems simultaneously in a fast- paced banking environment.
Experience with monitoring and operational tools. For example: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, ELK, Zabbix.
Good communication skills to work effectively with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
