Senior IT Security Officer (Mảng Operation)

IT Security Implementation
- Execute security- related tasks within organizational IT projects and security improvement initiatives.
- Research, develop, and implement technical security standards and guidelines in alignment with international standards and organizational security policies.
- Design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect IT services, systems, and data.
IT Security Operations
- Ensure all new devices and systems comply with the organization’s security standards and that identified vulnerabilities are properly addressed.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain security platforms and tools, including SIEM, IPS/IDS, DLP, and PIM.
- Manage, review, and approve security- related configuration changes across IT systems.
- Perform operational security control tasks to support other departments, including antivirus management and security patch updates.
Vulnerability & Risk Management
- Manage and remediate all identified security vulnerabilities across IT services to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
- Continuously monitor and update information on new security vulnerabilities, malware, threats, and risks; analyze impacts and provide remediation recommendations to relevant departments.
- Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and security testing for operating systems, applications, databases, and networks (e.g., VA, Penetration Testing, ASV, APT simulations, network segmentation testing).

Have 3- 5 years of experiences in Information Security field, good knowledge about technologies about security such as IAM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Filtering, DLP, SIEM, WAF, FIM, PIM, RMS, Vunerabilities management, Patch managent, endpoint protection, PKI.
Good knowledge about security frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL…
Have good knowleged for: network, OS, web/application, database and other product.
Good knowledge about international security standards, good oriented on technology, wide understanding about various technologies and services.
Major in IT, Academy of Cryptography Techniques/University of Science and Technology or equivalent.
Have good knowleged for system intergrate and architect.
Well- trained about Redhat/CentOS, Debian, Unix, AIX; Windows. Be able to use effectively exploit, testing, hacking tools. Good knowledge about attack/offence techniques.
