Senior Legal Officer

Corporate Legal

Provide legal review and assessment of Company documents, including changes in corporate structure, personnel transfers, disciplinary actions, and other internal documents as required by management.
Lead the drafting, development, amendment, and supplementation of the Company’s Charter and internal governance documents.
Research, update, and disseminate new legal policies that directly impact the Company’s business operations.
Review internal procedures and regulations; propose amendments and updates in accordance with the Company’s Charter and relevant laws.
Handle legal procedures related to capital mobilization, establishment, dissolution, and changes in business registration.

Contractual Legal

Develop, manage, update, amend, and maintain the Company’s system of standard contracts.
Guide and supervise the implementation of rights, obligations, and legal responsibilities of parties involved in signed contracts and agreements.
Provide legal consultation for contracts in various fields such as securities, commerce and services, labor and insurance, investment advisory, expert hiring, power of attorney, and other agreements.

Litigation

Represent the Company in Arbitration or Court proceedings to protect its legal rights and interests as authorized (if any).

Shareholder Relations & Disclosure

Support communication with competent authorities, partners, and stakeholders on legal matters when required.
Prepare legal documents to support the Company’s information disclosure activities in compliance with regulations.

Perform other legal tasks as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
English: Good proficiency (both written and spoken).
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and legal research skills.
At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in securities companies, financial institutions, or related industries.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in working with state authorities and regulatory bodies is an advantage.
Strong experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
Solid knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, contract law, and compliance requirements.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
