• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and high- quality delivery of products and services.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long- term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders while expanding the client base.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maximize market share.
• Maintain a structured and proactive sales call plan, including regular meetings with decision- makers in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments.
• Lead and participate in sales meetings, client presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
• Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to optimize revenue and profitability.
