About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager in B2B sales to join our team. You will be responsible for targeting potential clients, managing customers relationship, and contributing to sales growth. Our ideal candidates should possess a decent background in B2B sales and online marketing, proficient communication and presentation skills in English. This role requires candidates&039; ability to be proactive and decisive, ensuring the successful of sales projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing consultation to clients throughout the application process;
- Exploiting, and analyzing clients’ needs, digital transformation status, technology applications;
- Designing, proposing, consulting and giving demonstrations of services provided by FTI to clients;
- Perform other tasks as maybe assigned;
- Building a team of empathetic employees, creating personalized interactions and experiences for clients, and fostering a culture of effective work and strong collaboration;
- Maintaining relationships with businesses, providing pre- sales and after- sales customer care, providing service upgrades or expanding service offerings;
- Finding, developing and approaching potential B2B/GOV clients primarily domestic and international

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from University, or higher majoring in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, and Telecommunications,...
- Being proactive, decisive, and creative in the execution of work.
- Proficiency in online marketing and English is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer- centric mindset
- Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate work performance.
- Candidates with experiences, knowledge or interest in B2B and Information Technology- related sales (hardware, software, cloud computing, security,…) is preferred.
