Product Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We rarely open this role. We do not hire "ticket takers" or "code monkeys." We hire Product Engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are AI- Native: Typing every character manually is a waste of time. You use AI (Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) to handle the boilerplate so you can focus on Architecture, Business Logic, and User Experience.
- You are a Builder: You architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. You own system reliability proactively, whether that means diving deep into the backend or jumping into the front- end when needed.
- You are a Problem Solver: Your job is not to write code; your job is to solve user problems. Sometimes the best code is no code. You care as much about the "why" as the "how," and you are willing to challenge assumptions.
- You are a Manager of One: You do not need someone to check if you are working. You do not wait for perfectly groomed tickets. You identify what needs to be done, take ownership, and you do it.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and curiosity: you are always looking for ways to make things better.
- Deep expertise in backend development with a solid understanding of modern front- end frameworks.
- With 3 years of professional experience.
- Track record of delivering high- quality, maintainable software systems in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: you see the big picture and sweat the details.
