KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are a Manager of One: You do not wait for a ticket to fix a broken metric. You see a drop in data quality, you investigate, and you fix the tracking at the source.
You are a Builder: You architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable data systems that solve real business problems.
You are AI- Native: You do not spend hours writing regex to parse logs. You use AI to generate dbt models, write documentation, and optimize SQL queries instantly.
You are a Product Owner: The "Users" of your product are the PMs, Engineers, and Executives. Your "Product" is the clean, usable data they rely on. If they cannot understand it, you failed (even if the pipeline is green).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: you see the big picture and sweat the details.
Track record of delivering high- quality, reliable data platforms and architecture.
High degree of ownership, initiative, and curiosity.
Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern transformation tools (like dbt).
