E- commerce Campaign Strategy & Planning
Define campaign objectives, KPIs, traffic mix, and success benchmarks in collaboration with Social Media Marketing and E- commerce Operations teams.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign roadmaps for execution teams.
Design overall campaign frameworks covering paid media, platform ads, affiliate traffic, and organic sources, ensuring channel alignment.
Review affiliate performance at a high level and recommend optimization opportunities to relevant PICs.
Develop integrated campaign strategies for key e- commerce moments across Shopee and TikTok Shop (Mega Campaigns, Brand Days, Flash Sales, Livestream pushes).
Provide strategic direction for Affiliate Marketing (commission logic, product focus, campaign timing) to align with overall campaign goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor overall performance across paid media, affiliate traffic, and platform promotions, focusing on GMV, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV.
Build performance summaries and insights for internal leadership and clients (if applicable).
Provide data- driven recommendations on budget allocation, promotion mechanics, and traffic mix.
Support real- time optimization during campaign periods and conduct post- campaign performance reviews.
Cross- team Coordination & Support
Work closely with Social Media Marketing teams to align traffic strategy, creatives, and content direction.
Flag risks, dependencies, and opportunities early to ensure smooth execution.
Act as a strategic connector between Content, Performance, Affiliate, and Operations functions.
Coordinate with E- commerce Operations Executives to ensure readiness on stock, pricing, vouchers, and fulfillment.
Leadership & Growth Path
Support capability building and mentoring within the operations and performance teams.
Develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for e- commerce and affiliate campaign execution.
Contribute strategic inputs for long- term e- commerce and affiliate growth.
Gradually take ownership of broader e- commerce performance and operations leadership.
Position requirement:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Leadership mindset with a strong interest in growing into a team lead / operations leader role.
3+ years of experience in E- commerce Performance, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Campaign Strategy.
Experience working with creators, affiliates, or KOL- driven commerce models is highly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Content, Affiliate, and Operations teams.
Strong hands- on knowledge of Shopee & TikTok Shop, including Affiliate ecosystems.

Salary: Negotiable
Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21- 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
Working in International company – Singapore company
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
Probation: 2 months
