Key Purpose of the Job:
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals, improve cost efficiency, and drive conversions.This role works closely with Content, Creative, Community Engagement and Telemarketing teams to ensure advertising effectiveness across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and other paid media channels.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Campaign Execution
Run campaigns aligned with specific objectives: lead generation, traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.
Optimize budgets, bidding, audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages to meet performance KPIs.
Set up and optimize ads on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyze key metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR, retention, and more.
Track campaign performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Generate insights and propose optimization actions based on data.
Prepare performance reports for the Team Lead.
Market Research & Analysis
Propose A/B tests for creatives, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
Stay updated on market trends, user behavior, and best practices across advertising platforms.
Conduct competitor benchmarking: creatives, strategy, landing pages, messaging.
Internal Collaboration & Process Management
Work with CME, TMK team to optimize and keep track of the quality of leads.
Improve tracking processes: UTM, pixel, GA4, events/conversion tracking.
Work with Content and Creative teams to request and review ad materials (banners, videos, images, captions).
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
Monitor user journeys from ad click to conversion.
Collaborate with Web team to enhance the conversion experience.
Recommend improvements to UX/UI, content, and CTAs on landing pages.

Required Competencies
Hands- on experience with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
Strong understanding of digital advertising and ad platforms.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and identify insights.
Basic understanding of tracking: pixel, GA4, events, UTM, Hubspot
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
Excellent time- management and organizational skills
Qualification and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field.
Minimum 2 years of Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
