E-COMMERCE CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content production and management
Set up banner images SIS, Website, update product avatar campaign
Write SEO product detail page (PDP), title and upload the product on the E- commerce platform, Website D2C
Manage banner images, SIS, Website, Correct product content
Keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content and marketing strategy.
Social Content and management
Write content articles and prepare brief images for social channel posts, Website blog, Ads posts relative to online channel product/ campaign push
Create video scripts, plan the number of videos, content and strategy for promoting products through video
Prepare plan weekly post content
Collaborate with designers and team members to take product photos and shoot videos, posting on social channels Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube,… and E- commerce platform
KOL/KOC/Affiliate channels management
Support KOL content production: provide information & images, monitor video and photo shooting, feedback content
Video/ Livestream collaboration with KOL/KOC, Find and build a suitable KOL/KOC network for the product category on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, …
Monitor livestream schedule and support setting up programs related to livestream sessions
Monitor and Optimize
Develop a job goals
Make sure to fulfill the target by direct management: Affiliate PFM (Quantity, GMV, ROAS), Content Quality/ Quantity, Views, Traffic, CPC …. (Detailed will be updated)
Always have clear work goals, be proactive and creative in work, and always give opinions and optimal solutions for work development
Other jobs
Be obliged to report to the direct management any problems arising outside of the scope of expertise
Willing to arrange work to follow and optimize/execute the big campaign/ event online performance as scheduled (evening and weekend)
Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
Coordinate with specialized departments to handle arising issues related to the scope of work in charge
