Organizational & Talent Development Manager

Your mission:

Improve organizational effectiveness through the solution development and deployment to enhance leadership, people capability productivity and drive a performance culture.
Develop the best practice Learning & Organization Development solutions to deliver business strategy (serving both internal and external stakeholders/ clients).
Buidling and managing the framework of Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Career Development plan, Critical Role and high potential development to achieve business goals.

What you do:

Develop a scope of work, competency framework at company level and functional levels and implementation with metrics and tracking/ measuring systems that linked to business performance result and supports a high- performance culture for a diverse and talented workforce.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management.
Provide innovative and strategic Leadership Program (for both middle and senior levels) ensuring maximum organizational impact as well as career growth and development for participants.
Support the company’ performance review, including the analysis of development needs identified through the scheme.
Coordinate with Regional and Corporate to ensure employee engagement through end- to- end employee life cycle programs from onboarding to offboarding (GIT training, compliance training, development training, promotion programs, exit interview, development related analytics and systems, ...)
Build- up and develop a world- class Organizational and Talent Development Team.
Design and implement learning curriculums and learning platforms for targeted talent groups to cultivate the employees’ growth and promotion.
Create and facilitate bespoke programs, mentoring and coaching initiatives.
Conduct talent view analysis and Individual Career Development Plan (ICDP).
Collaborate with Business Development Function to productize Organizational and Talent Development solutions for clients.

Tech- savvy, innovative approach in learning & development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills (English is a must).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor&039;s Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education, Business). Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
Proactive, open- mind, adaptable in fast- face and dynamic working environment.
At least 2 years of experience in similar position (Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Capability Development) for MNC or big size corporate.
