Pizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled Talent Development Lead who plays the role as a pillar of our Learning & Development Team in leading Talent Development initiatives and delivering WOW services to 4P’s partners (4P’s colleagues). Working directly with the Head of L&D at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
360- Degree Feedback
Analyze feedback data and provide actionable recommendations for individual and team development.
Implement, and manage the current 360- degree feedback process to gather comprehensive insights into employee performance and development areas.
Personal Development Plans (PDP)
Monitor and track the progress of PDPs, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
Collaborate with department heads and employees to create effective and tailored Personal Development Plans aligned with organizational goals.
Succession Planning
Work closely with department heads to create talent pipelines and ensure a smooth transition of key roles.
Lead and facilitate succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high- potential talent within the organization.
Performance Management
Collaborate with HR and management teams to align talent development initiatives with the overall performance management system.
Provide support in the identification and development of high- performing individuals.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze talent development metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in talent development.
Continuously assess and enhance talent development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable experienced in retail, hospitality, F&B
Proven experience in talent development, including 360- degree feedback, PDP, and succession planning.
Strong passion to help people learn, develop and grow
Solid foundational knowledge and skills in people development
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Strong personal connection to the 4P’s Values: Compassion, Authenticity, Omotenashi, Kaizen
Certification in relevant talent development programs is desirable.
Strong commitment to people inner- peace and long- lasting happiness
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
