JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Strategy & Leadership

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and support a small team of product managers/owners to deliver impactful results.Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI/ML in product development, testing, and optimization.

Execution & Delivery

Oversee the product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, planning, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner with engineering to ensure efficient implementation and adoption of AI- powered tools where beneficial.
Manage scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high- quality products on schedule.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Act as a bridge between product teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, user- centric experiences.
Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders regarding progress, trade- offs, and decisions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Track product performance, analyze data, and use insights to drive ongoing enhancements.
Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, product management, and software development.
Explore and adopt AI- driven tools for coding, testing, analytics, and decision- making.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience applying AI/automation in product development or operations.
5+ years of experience in product management or software development, including leadership of product teams.

Nice- to- Have

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma).
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or product management.
Experience in SaaS, platform, or ecosystem- based products.
