N2/N1 JLPT SAP Consultant-Intern/Fresher/Re-Skill

Role Overview
Location: Vietnam (HCMC) / Japan / Remote
Work Mode: On- site (Monday–Friday)
Training Provided: SAP Product & Process Training (2 months)
Role: Fluent Japanese/English SAP Consultant – Intern / Fresher / Re- skill

As a SAP Consultant, you will support cross- functional SAP implementation and solution development projects by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, coordination, and cross- language communication.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands- on experience in SAP consulting, business analysis, and project coordination within a professional, international environment.
Responsibilities
Training Roadmap
This position is designed for candidates aiming to re- skill and build a long- term SAP career, with a clear progression path from Business Analyst to Functional Consultant roles.
Support cross- team communication and documentation.
Contribute to QA testing, feedback collection, and product improvement activities.
Assist in preparing pre- sales presentation materials for customer meetings and proposals.
Coordinate and support ongoing SAP and internal projects across departments.
From month 3: Project- based On- the- Job Training (OJT).
Support documentation of business processes, user stories, and test cases in both English and Japanese.
Demonstrate proactiveness, strong learning ability, and the capacity to work in a high- intensity environment.
Prepare internal reports, project trackers, and workflow diagrams.
Work closely with SAP consultants and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Act as a liaison between Vietnamese teams and Japanese- speaking stakeholders, participate in US/EU/JP projects
First 2 months: Full- time training (70% SAP product & process training, 30% support tasks).

Qualifications

Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing slides, explaining ideas clearly).
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Eagerness to learn about SAP S/4HANA, logistics, and supply chain business processes.
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (required).
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ or N1 level is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
