Senior SAP Consultant (MM/FICO)

The Senior SAP FICO Consultant will provide expert- level support, configuration, and implementation of the SAP Financial and Controlling (SAP FICO) module. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of SAP FICO projects while guiding and mentoring more junior team members.

Mentor and coach other team members on SAP FICO best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions within SAP FICO.
Analyze business processes and translate them into optimal FICO configurations.
Provide post go- live support, issue resolution and system maintenance.
Configure the core FICO modules including G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, etc.
Lead teams and deliver SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements projects on time and within budget.
Serve as the technical lead for projects and act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
Create and deliver training content and workshops for end users.
Develop functional specifications and technical design documents.
Determine functional requirements through solution design, data modeling and configuration.
Analyze business needs, perform fit/gap analysis and provide recommendations.
Continuously research and stay up to date on the latest SAP FICO releases and technologies.

Strong English communication.
FICO Consultant or higher SAP certification.
High level of technical skills in SAP FICO modules.
Track record of leading and delivering multiple FICO projects successfully.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting/finance best practices.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP FICO implementations.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, IT or related field.
Analytical and problem- solving abilities to tackle complex issues.
