JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strategic and hands- on Marketing Executive who will drive product and service marketing initiatives from planning to execution. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, positioning products/services effectively, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support brand growth and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer segmentation. Support go- to- market (GTM) strategies for new product/service launches. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain product marketing assets (brochures, sales kits, pitch decks, FAQs).
Develop product/service positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with market insights.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives & integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for new products and services.
Track and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs (lead generation, conversions, awareness, etc.).
Develop content for product/service landing pages, blogs, social media, emails, and sales materials. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
Plan & execute partner marketing activities, co- branded materials, and joint campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience with basic design platforms: Canva/Figma/Capcut. Advanced design platform (Adobe Suite etc.) is a plus.
Experience in product growth or technologies (AI/Blockchain etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English/Vietnamese).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in product marketing, service marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with social media management tools and performance marketing.
Experience in coordinating cross- functional teams and managing multi- channel campaigns.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
