Overall purpose of the job: Marketing Coordinator drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through digital and offline strategies. Responsible for content creation, social media (including but not limited to Google, Meta, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Naver, Tripadvisor), partnerships, and performance tracking, this role ensures marketing efforts contribute to revenue and business success.
Brand Awareness & Positioning
Coordinate with the creative team to set up a new social media account (including but not limited to Xiaohongshu, Naver, Dianping)
Track website visits, social media reach, and brand mentions across platforms.
Work with SEO freelancers to optimize content and publish website blog posts that drive traffic.
Sales and Revenue Contribution
Ensure a positive ROI on marketing spend for paid campaigns.
Measure marketing- driven traffic, reservation rates, and revenue from promotions.
Track conversion rates from marketing campaigns
Social Media & Content Performance
Work with others to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Develop content plan and organize content for social media based on approved digital plan
Coordinate social media messaging with Marketing Manager to respond to customers
Growth in engagement rates (likes, shares, saves, comments) on Instagram, Facebook, and new TikTok.
Quality and consistency of content, including brand storytelling and campaign execution.
Monitor online reviews and work with Brand Communications to respond
Oversee, manager and maintain all company social media accounts management
Customer Engagement & CRM
Increase loyalty program sign- ups and active users.
Improve repeat customer rates through targeted marketing initiatives.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Partnerships & External Relations
Build media and brand collaborations that drive exposure and traffic.
Build and maintain local trade area database
Work with influencers or media partners for strategic campaigns.
Build and maintain other databases as required such as CRM, feedback, partnerships, KOLs, press coverage, etc.
Secure at least 3 number of collaborations per quarter.
Administrative and reporting
Administer mystery guest program
Administer loyalty program module
Handle trade promotions registration
Track and generate reports on performance (ROI, redemption, etc.) and analytics
Compile market intelligence, ranging from menu, promotions, newsletters and other developments, with a focus on direct and indirect competitors
Any other administrative work assigned from time to time
Brand stewardship and store visuals
Assist Marketing Manager to monitor store look and feel
Work with Operations and external parties to execute and maintain store collaterals and POSM
