Lễ Tân Spa/ Spa Receptionist

Manage guest records and update the reservation system accurately.
Support in organizing special spa events, seasonal offers, or VIP programs.
Schedule and confirm appointments according to guest preferences and therapist availability.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Process billing and payments for spa services and retail purchases.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk- in inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide detailed information about spa treatments, products, and promotions.
Assist with inventory of spa products and inform guests about retail offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the spa.
Handle guest feedback and communicate any issues or complaints to the Spa Manager.

Diploma or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant fields is preferred.
Basic to intermediate English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus).
Minimum 6 months of experience in a spa, hotel front desk, or customer service role.
Well- groomed and professional appearance.
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest care.
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and friendly attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a relaxed but efficient manner.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
