Lab Technician Food (R&D Dairy)

Job summary: Handle Product development focus on application test and blends creating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis product performance via application test
Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sale staff.
Keep himself/herself to learn about equipment operation, prototype making
Handle projects assigned by Lab Manager.
Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product.
Support lab activities besides product development
Support Sales staff in new product development including ingredient/ prototypes testing at lab, trial run and problem solving at factory site.

Others : as follows;
Age : 25 years up
Experience : 3+ years in RD (Food Nutrition, Dairy/ Beverage…)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals Science and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage

Enthusiastic and service minded
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Ability to operate PC
