[Tân Phú - HCM] Senior Lab Technician (Textile & Footwear Chemistry)

Job Description
Overview of duties:
To in charge of technical daily operations and perform testing:

Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and evaluate the data results as per project or research requirements.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments in good working condition.

General duties:
Daily Operation:

Evaluate the data results.
Validation new test method for accreditation ISO 17025.
Chemical testing for textile and footwear industrial.
Maintenance / calibration equipment such GCMS, GCMS- HS, …
Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including experiment results and procedures.

Technical Development:

Develop new test method as management request/customers.
Check the capacity of laboratories for new standards (standards, people, equipment). Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers.
Any other duties assigned by Superior’s time to time.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams following sample login, test assignments, and issue report teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of issues.
Provide technical support to other team members and troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues.

Resource Management:

Assist with the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal or external stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins&039; quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.

Qualifications
Experiences

Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Eurofins&039; operations.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and equipment.
2- 3 year in testing lab

Education Background, Major

Bachelor’s degree in an analysis chemistry or in a relevant field.

Foreign Languages Skills

English basic in 4 skills

Others

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
