Generate market insights to identify potential opportunities and trends in the APAC market.
Build and execute end- to- end sales strategies from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and customer personas to optimize sales targeting.
Define target markets and customer segments aligned with the company’s service offerings.
Drive revenue growth and market expansion in the APAC region.
Establish and maintain long- term relationships with strategic clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle (A–Z) including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract signing.

Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle (A–Z) including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship- building skills with international clients.
Fluent English communication skills, especially in business discussions and negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Proven experience in developing international markets, particularly in APAC.
Strong ability to identify market opportunities, define target customers, and build sales strategies.
Proactive, results- driven, and accountable for business performance.
Preference will be given to candidates who have an existing customer portfolio and the ability to bring or build a sales team when joining GMO
Strong negotiation, problem- solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in managing and developing Sales/Account teams with clear revenue targets.
Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
About 5 years in sales B2B position, 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leader/Manager, in IT Services / IT Outsourcing.
