IT Project Manager

Job Description :
Lead daily stand- ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (Agile environment).
Create and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and risk communication plans.
Manage end- to- end delivery of e- commerce projects (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WordPress, etc.)
Manage change requests, budget control, and project documentation.
Oversee UAT, deployment, and post- launch stabilization phases.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure clear, consistent communication and strong relationship management.
Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation.

2+ years of experience managing E- commerce or digital web projects, preferably in an outsourced or agency environment
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Proven leadership experience in managing cross- functional and remote development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
Extensive experience working with leading E- commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other project management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong risk management skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to mitigate potential issues.

1 . Nice to Have:
PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMI- ACP, etc.).
Good technical background with a solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and eCommerce platforms.
Experience working in an agency or client- facing environment.
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
