Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization&039;s human resource function and performance.
HR Strategy & Policy Development
• Translate long- term workforce planning into actionable initiatives that support organizational scalability and agility.
• Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure legal compliance, operational consistency, and cultural alignment.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals covering talent acquisition, development, compensation, culture, and compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Oversee annual workforce planning and headcount budgeting aligned with business needs and growth targets.
• Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high- quality candidates, including employer branding and recruitment channel optimization.
Performance, Learning & Development
• Implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and results.
• Champion coaching and mentoring culture across management levels.
• Design and oversee learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities, leadership potential, and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits
• Lead C&B strategy to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and cost- effectiveness.
• Regularly review market benchmarks to recommend adjustments or enhancements to reward programs.
Employee Relations & Culture
• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design and change management.
• Design employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to improve morale and retention.
• Foster a high- performance culture grounded in trust, collaboration, and feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain audit processes to minimize legal or reputational risk.
