Job Description
○ Develop and implement company rules and regulations

○ Building and developing corporate culture
○ Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for planning the development and attraction of human resources for the business. At the same time, support in solving internal issues related to the human resources department in the company.
○ Plan and manage the recruitment process
○ Administrative work management: security, canteen, waste, cleaner, gardener, HSE, foreigner document…
○ Plan to organize rewards, summaries, and parties
○ Human resource training
○ Develop and implement policies, salary and bonus regimes
Job Task
○ Build and monitor salary, bonus and benefits system, buiding up Collective labor agreement, buiding up mailbox process
○ Consultant abour Labor laws for BOD and all employees
○ Design Grateful for employees (seniority), design phamlet recruitment and others
○ Support to Union Team about Laws.
○ Make report situation labor accident at company, situation using Vietames&039;s labour to BDIZA, situation using foreigner to the Police, Immigration office,and Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, report using Electric Planning and send to BB EVN, report Vietnames&039;s employees stay in Binh Duong and Foreigner stay in Viet Nam on Lunar Year and some other reports.
○ Organize and supervise administrative activities
○ Implement human resource training and development
○ Buidling Salary table, KPI, revise Salary yearly, survey some benefit&039;s other company in Bau Bang location
○ Perform other tasks, must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, have the ability to handle unexpected situations well, along with logical thinking and flexible behavior.
○ Manage business administrative costs
○ Human resource management in the company
○ Responsible for developing a system of policies and regulations related to administrative work such as: managing, purchasing and distributing equipment and working tools; ensuring security and labor safety; complying with corporate culture; labor discipline; others
