JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Intern at TDT Asia, you will support the Sales team in expanding customer networks and maintaining strong relationships with partners in the fintech and technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Department in managing and nurturing relationships with customers and partners.
Perform other tasks assigned by BOD or Sales Manager.
Track client workflows, schedule follow- ups, update project progress, and support the handling of arising issues.
Assist in introducing and consulting the company’s products and services to potential customers.
Prepare sales documents including proposals, quotations, contracts, and other materials required for client engagement.
Join internal and client meetings; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Business Analysis, Technical, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and effective business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand and analyze the requirements from partner in business view and end- user view.
Support in testing, verifying bugs/issue before handover to Client.
Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.
Write Basic Design based on analyzed requirements.
Support the project manager in assigning tasks and managing the team to make sure that the project runs smoothly.
Gather business and system requirements from partner (Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Hongkong, Indonesia, India...) in finance field.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in developing projects related to Finance, Insurance, Loan, Blockchain is an advantage.
At least 3 year of experience in BA position.
Have good logical and flexible thinking.
Good at English (Proficient all 4 skills).
Graduated from University in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline.

Assistant To BOD

JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into specific data needs.
Collect, consolidate, process, and visualize data from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to support business decision- making.
Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.
Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team on behalf of BOD (if need)
Following with Accounting Dept. to keep track of the monthly invoices to clients: issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with clients following payment status.
Communicate with clients, keep connection with clients to get new contracts/agreements.
Support to make quotations to the clients as required.
Design and manage performance dashboards (KPIs) using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, etc.
Do other tasks assigned by the BOD.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
