Pizza 4P&039;s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor to join our team. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Contribute to talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Support TA- HRBP Manager to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with Pizza 4P&039;s business objectives and growth plans for Wow Center (Back office) and Production (Central Kitchen and Cheese Factory).
- Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future talent needs and proactively address staffing requirements.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Lead end- to- end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and methods to attract diverse talent pools.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates&039; qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Enhance Pizza 4P&039;s employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive retail F&B industry.
Talent Development and Retention:
- Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Monitor employee turnover rates and develop strategies to address retention challenges.
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to support organizational effectiveness and alignment with Pizza 4P&039;s values and culture.
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to department managers, providing guidance on talent management and employee relations matters for Wow Center and Production.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and HR practices.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics, staffing activities, and employee turnover.
