- Receive information about special requests, customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to meet and solve satisfactorily for customers.
- Carefully check the profile of VIP guests, long- term guests to implement special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor the lobby area on a daily basis, ensuring that the staff in the department are working to the required standards.
- Efficiently handle emergencies occurring in the hotel
- Build a good relationship with the employees in the department and the spirit of teamwork with other departments.
- Encourage customers to fill in the comments form about the quality of the hotel&039;s services, record useful feedback and report to the relevant departments in a timely manner to improve service quality.
- Arrange working schedule for department staff.
- Support front office staff to carry out check- in and check- out procedures.
- Directly provide professional training for new employees according to building standards.
- Actively solve problems occurring in the hotel in accordance with the building&039;s standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety and security in the apartment, especially on holidays and conferences in the apartment.
- Make necessary reports at the request of the department head.
- Check the status of stationery and equipment in the reception area.
