How Your Day Looks Like:
- Resident & Guest Interaction:
• Handle resident inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow- up.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, access card issuance, and residence orientation.
• Welcome residents, owners, and guests with warmth and professionalism following brand service standards.
- Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Loss Prevention to ensure seamless service.
- Concierge Support: Assist with event organizations, bookings and reservations for residents & owners
- Quality & Service Standards: Adhere to SOPs, safety standards, and participate in training programs.

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Professional appearance and service- minded attitude.
