OBJECTIVE AND JOB SUMMARY
The F&B Lead is primarily responsible for the effective development, operation, and management of all F&B points of sale (Kiosks, Franchises) and the Ice Cream product line of the Company. Ensure that Kiosk construction, daily operations, franchise system expansion, and Ice Cream product quality management meet the highest standards, maximizing revenue and profit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kiosk Management and Development (Kiosk Construction + Kiosk Operations Management)
Kiosk Construction:
○ Participate in site evaluation, proposing optimal equipment layout and operational flow for the Kiosk.
○ Coordinate with relevant parties (Design, Procurement, Technical) to monitor and ensure the construction and installation of new Kiosks are on schedule, within budget, and adhere to approved design/operational standards.
Kiosk Operations:
○ Be responsible for the performance, revenue, costs, and profitability of self- operated Kiosks.
○ Develop and standardize operational procedures (SOPs) from preparation, sales, service, cleaning, to shift closing.
○ Manage inventory, raw materials, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing loss/wastage.
○ Train and supervise Kiosk staff on professionalism, sales skills, and customer service.
Franchise System Development and Management
● Periodically monitor and inspect franchised locations to ensure strict compliance with the Company&039;s brand, product quality, and service standards.
● Search, evaluate, and propose potential franchise partners.
● Participate in developing documentation, policies, and contracts for F&B franchising.
● Support franchise partners during the setup process (construction, training, grand opening).
● Maintain good relationships with franchise partners, supporting the resolution of operational issues.
Ice Cream Product Management
● Manage the supply chain, inventory, and preservation quality of ice cream products at sales points (Kiosks, Franchises, and other distribution channels).
● Propose effective promotional campaigns and product display strategies for ice cream at sales points.
● Coordinate with the Production/R&D Department to manage quality and periodically develop new ice cream flavors and products aligned with market trends.
Reporting and Analysis
● Prepare periodic reports on Kiosk and Franchise operations and propose improvement actions.
● Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) (Revenue, Cost, Profit Margin, Operating Expenses, etc.).
