International Business Development Lead

* Market Development
- Research and prioritize international markets, covering customer segments, competitors, pricing, distribution channels, and trends.
- Prepare market summaries and recommend entry approaches for priority countries.
* Customer and Partner Development
- Identify and engage distributors, retailers, ecommerce platforms, sports clubs, academies, tournament organizers, and B2B customers.
- Build and maintain a strong international pipeline with disciplined follow up.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and product showcases with prospects.
* Opportunity Management
- Track all leads, meetings, proposals, and next steps in a structured business development tracker.
- Coordinate internally to assess fit and feasibility for each opportunity.
- Prepare customer profiles, partner shortlists, competitor benchmarks, and opportunity updates.
* Internal Coordination
- Work with category, design, marketing, sourcing, production, ecommerce, and supply chain teams to align product offers for each market.
- Share market feedback to inform product, pricing, and marketing decisions.
* Commercial Delivery
- Manage quotations, contracts, and order follow up.
- Provide regular pipeline and progress updates to the CEO.
- Help convert qualified opportunities into trial orders, partnership agreements, and long term accounts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong English communication. Additional languages relevant to target markets such as Japanese, Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, marketing, or related field.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Experience in sports, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, ecommerce, or distribution is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel internationally for trade fairs, market visits, and partner meetings.
- Solid negotiation, follow up, and relationship building skills.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, export sales, international sales, or partner development.
