The ideal candidate should possess a combination of hands- on experience in Vietnamese e- commerce, a basic understanding of coding development (with a preference for PHP language), and a strong focus on enhancing user experience.
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an E- commerce Site Operator.
E- commerce back- end operation:
- Oversee product listings, brands onboarding system, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure a smooth order performance.
- Utilize previous experience in e- commerce operations to effectively manage and optimize the online platform.
Basic Coding Knowledge:
- Collaborate with the development team to implement and troubleshoot website features and functionalities.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of coding, with a preference for experience in PHP language.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement through basic coding skills.
User Experience Focus:
- Ensure a user- friendly and responsive design that meets the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Prioritize user experience enhancements by analyzing user feedback and behavior.
- Continuously identify the efficient and effect processes for better user experiences.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an e- commerce company, with a solid understanding of online retail operations.
- English is optional, not a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast- paced and evolving e- commerce environment.
- Basic knowledge of coding and development, with a preference for experience in PHP language.
