Job Description:
Manage the content and communication plan to drive external traffic to the livestream channel.
Develop and execute traffic plans to optimize viewer engagement and retention. Implement engagement strategies to captivate and retain viewers during livestream sessions.
Monitor livestream analytics to track viewership metrics, engagement levels, and audience demographics.
Coordinate traffic for livestream channel and key livestream sessions, ensuring smooth audience flow and participation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at driving traffic to livestream sessions.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Generate reports and provide insights to inform future traffic and engagement strategies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Design and distribute promotional materials across platforms to attract and engage potential viewers.
Requirements:
Strong analytical, problem- solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
A strong understanding of e- commerce and the livestreaming landscape.
1- 2 years of experience in e- commerce operations, livestreaming, customer service, or a related field.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with sellers.
Proficiency in using computers and common e- commerce platforms.
