Creative Account Manager

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels;
· Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day- by- day client communication;
· Propose and implement business growth and process improvement;
· Work- flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
· Establish and manage campaign material production;
· Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties;
· Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting;
· Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs;

· Management of integrated campaigns: including creative, branding, content, digital, PR and social;
· A pro- active attitude and ready to get stuck in;
· Solid experience working with a variety of categories;
· Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking; fluent English is a must;
· At least 5 years of experience for Account Manager role and above 7 years of experience for Senior level in advertising industry;
· Able to work independently as well as a team- player in a fast- paced environment.
· Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency environment is essential;
· Hands- on delivery experience and stakeholder management;
