Responsibilities
Account management:

Solution and opportunity seeker.
Provide Client and Team with feedback on projects on a daily/ “need- to- know” basis.
Establish and maintain an up- to- date filing system that can be easily accessed by any other team member.
Coordinate, composition and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g., creative, production, third party specialists, etc
Have a solution- driven, inquisitive mindset with an attitude that is resilient and flexible.
Prepare weekly WIP (Work in Process) reports as required and other documents/materials for internal and external meetings, on- time and free of errors.
Organize and participate in brainstorming, make effective notes to capture ideas.
Execute, support and monitor project, to ensure sure smooth and flawless processes during projects.
Skillful in leading and driving meetings, both internally and externally.
Able to act as the lead and main contact point for all liaisons with client on a day- to- day basis.
Able to work efficiently and compactly to arrive at desired outcomes.
Communicate with clients to understand client’s expectations, being the key contact between clients and internal/ external teams.
Ensure all information relating to project management is well and accurately delivered in a timely manner.
Assist line manager in building and nurturing relationship with client and other agency partners.
Engage with client’s industries to collect observations and take out relevant insights whereas possible.
Prepare of comprehensive budgets and timing plans from the start of the project
Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule.
Be able to develop a brief for creative execution or production based on a good understanding and interpretation of Client needs.
Ensure that all materials reach markets on time and in the most cost- efficient way.
Ensure regular communication of project status with line managers.
Provide relevant market information and other facts necessary to address briefs.
Able to discuss, filter feedback from client and guide the team efficiently.
Develop a critical eye for material produced by account team/creative ensuring it is free of errors and omissions.
Build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
Coordinate composing, editing and proofreading high- quality communications materials including proposal, briefing documents, pitch letters, internal memos, fact sheets client correspondence or press releases.
Provide updates on budgets and help Managers ensure timing plans are fully up to date.
Undertake the development necessary for each concept as briefed e.g., sourcing/contacting third parties/obtaining quotations/briefing internal and external facilities- normally under the supervision of senior account leaders.
Produce accurate contact reports following any contact with Client – provide Clients contact reports within 24 hours of meetings. These may be actions listed in an email; to be evaluated and approved by your line manager on the basis of the profile of the meeting/level of contact prior to circulating same
Can maintain and build trust with various levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
Identify potential issues or delays in the project, understand clients’ pain points and discuss with internal teams to find out effective solutions.
Manage of a library of competitive information, related knowledge to the business and accessing/providing this information as required to the team, local or global Clients or Agency
Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute action required as needed.

Quality assurance and operations:

Review/ check works from the creative team and present with clients, making sure deliverables are on the same page with expectations.
Check works in progress to make sure things are on track & deadlines are met.
Manage project quotations, time- line, payment collections and releases to vendors on time to ensure a safe & smooth operation process.
Prepare presentations and host meetings with internal & external teams.
Ensure necessary internal alignments with higher seniors are made before every creative, cost and timeline presentation to clients.
Obtain sufficient knowledge about internal working process and client working process in terms of creative development, production, media & financial management.

Strategy:

Keep track of new trends on digital experiences, social media to update & inspire the creative team.
Understand client’s products, competition landscape, consumer insights & creative rationales in order to recommend the best solutions to clients.
Can provide insightful feedback and participate in meaningful conversations when discussion strategy at any stage
Develop communication strategy with wide range of client’s information.
Develop client’s brief for internal teams. And manage campaign assets effectively and obtain basic understanding about the relationship between planning, creative, production, media, finance & others.
Suggest relevant team structure to ensure relevant capabilities and creative styles for clients.
Keep track of campaign execution from brief to final deliveries, KPIs, payments and paper works.

Creative Leadership:

Able to guide the discussion with creative to ensure the work is on brief and the quality output is of high standards.
Maintain contact with creative team.
Ensure creative team motivation and working processes.
Assist creative team with relevant information/materials.

People Development:

People leader, Team player but also an independent worker
Always consult with line manager in regard to enquiries by providing own thoughts in terms of solutions. Do not just relay questions to line manager. (We need a problem- solving mindset, not problem seeing).
Involving in recruitment, training, supervising, evaluating and motivating AMs, SAEs, AEs and junior team members

Revenue Generator:

Monthly monitor on financial status for gap identification.
Foresee & anticipate any billing and projection issues.
Understand the agency’s financial and accounting system.
Responsible for the committed team’s revenue.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Digital/ Communication or related fields

Work experience:

Years of experience Required: at least 5 years in advertising field.
Have experience in the same position at least 6 months – 1 year in digital/ creative agency

Functional skills:

Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, interpersonal and relationship building ability.
Ability to put your own thoughts into short & concreate writing/speaking.
Excellent knowledge of Client Services, Communication Planning, Project Management
Excellent Commercial skill with attention to details

Ability to work independently under high pressure and at high level of time and self- management.
