Business Development (New Clients)
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e- commerce and digital commerce space
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Consult and propose suitable e- commerce and digital solutions
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
Account Management (Existing Clients)
Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities to maximize account revenue
Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
Client Relationship & Retention
Collect client feedback to support service improvement
Build long- term, trusted relationships with clients
Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned
Maintain accurate and up- to- date client records
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge.
Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
Position requirement:
Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of business development
Hardworking, detail- oriented and responsible in work
Commitment and Entitlement:
Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients
Salary: 3 million- 6 million
