Account Manager

Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
Be familiar with client’s brands and themes guidelines, POSM Instore, activation, online digital design and production requirement specific to markets, channels and retailers. Provide accurate short, medium and long term reporting and forecasts as necessary to support business and resource planning
Manage end- to- end project deliveries and be proactive in ensuring objectives are aligned, expectations are managed, deliveries answers to the brief, are within budget and follow timeline.
Day- to- day client and account operational management with a solution- oriented approach to every challenge

Must have strong organizational and project management skills which is crucial to meeting critical deadlines
Minimum 4+ years of creative agency experience in Account Management and/or Project Management at a Marketing Communication, Shopper Marketing or Ad Agency.
Ability to grow existing client work on supporting the Account Management to grow the business and revenue. Be sharp and focus on managing the finances of the account across different streams of work
Relevant experience in delivering end- to- end campaign solutions for POSM, BTL or retail
Must have experience and knowledge of planning, design and production process, having worked with Creative and Production Teams • Must have experience in campaign management, creative design, artwork production, 3D/CGI, digital, animation, graphics solution
Can work independently, maintains strong time management, problem solving, and collaborative selling skills
Knowledge of 3D, structure, retail design, innovation, toolkit development, digital, 360 campaign is an advantage
