Warehouse Supervisor

Directly manage operators to perform daily tasks and meet customer- aligned KPIs.
Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the warehouse and train staff on safety and quality.
Ensure FIFO (First- In, First- Out), stock control, labeling, and no expired items in warehouse.
Manage warehouse workforce, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
Comply with work schedules, company rules, and workplace regulations.
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure all operators comply with company policies and safety standards.
Work with Warehouse Manager to achieve and maintain daily productivity and KPI targets.
Report unsafe conditions/acts and investigate near misses and safety incidents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Department Manager.
Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in conducting performance appraisals.
Oversee safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.

Education & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
University degree or higher in relevant fields.

Singing or involvement in performing arts.
Experience in warehouse accounting.
