Enforce housekeeping standards in accordance with HSE, 5S, and C- TPAT requirements.
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to support manufacturing and distribution requirements.
Maintain warehouse security and safeguard stored materials.
Enhance overall plant logistics and supply chain performance through cross- functional collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance and overtime, and ensure clear communication of responsibilities.
Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team to ensure effective implementation of operational strategies.
Develop and implement staff appraisal and training plans (on- the- job and external training programs).
Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow efficiency (clear zoning, aisle management, and designated pick/put- away locations).
Oversee safe operation of material handling equipment and ensure proper manual handling practices.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Utilize WMS and other relevant systems to enhance operational efficiency and inventory tracking.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, issuing, order picking, packing, shipping, and documentation control.
Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on schedule.
Monitor and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system and aligned with physical stock movements.
